Sarah Gillespie is the founder and owner of Inspire Physio. Sarah is a chartered physiotherapist and qualified with a first class BSc honours degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2004. She began junior rotational physiotherapy work at Stirling Royal Infirmary in 2005 and in the latter part of her 12 months there worked at Senior 2 level across 4 medical wards and coronary care.
Sarah also worked in the evenings in a private physiotherapy clinic in Dunfermline, and went on to work full time in this setting until the beginning of 2014. After starting a family of her own the decision was made to set up her own physiotherapy business and Inspire Physio was born.
Sarah has been practicing physiotherapy for ten years and in 2008 qualified to use acupuncture in the physiotherapy setting. She has also trained in further massage techniques and taping techniques such as Kinesio taping.
Sarah has always had a keen interest in sports and exercise rehabilitation and in 2013 graduated with a Diploma in Teaching Pilates from Hanson Pilates. She now teaches Pilates classes twice a week for Kelly McMahon of Inspire Fit and KMPilates.
Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, injuries, pathologies, and medical conditions using a variety of treatment techniques that are current and evidence based, ensuring optimum treatment outcome for the client.

Sarah also has a PVG and is first aid trained.
